Default I need help IDing this Japanese song

I don't speak or read Japanese very well, and I was wondering what is the title of this song, and who sings it. Also if its been used in any animes, could someone list that as well.

This song sounds so familiar, but I can't remember where I heard it. I was leaning towards one of the animes Hulu or Youtube shows.

The best I can tell is Simmy is the composer I think.

The song is called 'Flower' and simmy is the composer.
Usually in credit if you see something in these parentheses (「 Flower 」) it's the songs name.

'Hana' (translated as flower) is what you would see outside the parenthesis

Hmm, actually...
I believe this song that is shown is called "Ashita" (明日)
It means tomorrow.
In the credits, it says "Flower" is the opening song. "Ashita" is right below that as the ending theme.
Asuka (明日香) sings "Ashita".
