Default Best Ongoing Manga series?

What are some of the best ongoing manga series? I'm current with
Naruto
One Piece
Bleach
Fairy Tail
I'm working on Soul Eater at the moment. Any others that I should add? It doesn't need to be shonen.

I agree with a lot of manga's Resistance has said. Especially D.Gray-Man and Claymore. Also Rave Master and Aphorism arepretty good.

Rave Master isn't ongoing, Aphorism isn't as hot as the others.

I'm also working on Rosario Vampire. Deadman Wonderland is something I'm planning picking up after the final episode on Toonami. I've heard it's on hiatus though.

My suggestions are must reads. They're the super hots.
Gantz is especially awesome recently and theres this one arc where i literally cried. It requires some deep philosophical view point though.
Hajime no Ippo is too hilarious and awesome not to read it. It gets me pumped up for training.
History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi has it's ups and downs. The pacing isn't good but the story plot is overwhelming. The different martial arts have their own time to shine. It's a fountain of information on martial arts, though it's accuracy can be debated.
Katekyo Hitman reborn is just beastly, mafia family. Vongole boss. Just pure beast.
Stein's gate's and Code geass's complilation is too awesome to miss, the depth of intelligence required to appreciate it may pose a problem for some, but just give it a try.

Deadman Wonderland's mangaka is pregnant. So we have to wait for some time.

I always encourage people to read mangas that have ended as well. Rave Master as Pinkeyy mentioned is worth a try. There's really too many good mangas to list it out for you.
You'll just have to find them all by yourself.

I highly recommended any potential readers, to look up OnePunch-Man.

One Piece and Hunter x Hunter are great candidates, I guess.
