Default How do you exercise?

Exercise and healthy diet is important to staying healthy, so if you exercise daily, how do you do that?

For me, I love to take walks, and sometimes go to the Monon Center, a gym and community center that is walking distance from me.

There is a 160 acre park across from me (Central Park, which contains the said Monon Center) which features a long walking trail to a historic part of town with a lot of businesses.

Usually, what I will do is walk that trail up to the nearest convenience store, or the Walgreens drug store (since they have a lot of stuff to get there), and buy something there (like a water or some sort of snacking item) so I have a reason/motivation to take that long walk, which is about 3 miles combined walking there and back.

As for exercising, my dad pays for a household membership at the Monon Center, so I get a card to go into the gym part without having to pay anything. It's a nice facility, but I always go at the wrong time, meaning it's too busy to get on any equipment, but sometimes I remember to go at the right time.

50 push ups and 50 sit ups every morning before i have a shower.

At the begining of the year I was jogging about 15Km every saturday. It was like this:

-First I took a bath and put my exercise clothes (shorts, T-Shirt, socks, sneakers).
-Then I walked about 1km to reach the place I used to exercise. Walking was an important stage because it is a way to warm up. Sometimes I do it until it start to itch at the tip of the fingers. It is healthy when the sking becomes a soft red because it means the blood is circulating.
-When I got there I took some minutes to stretch all my limbs and moved every joint of my limbs and body to soften the muscles and start to run with all organs at the proper position.
-I proceeded to run at a slow pace (10km/hour) in order to stand the long journey of 15 kms. Every porsone has a specific rythm to discover what speed preserves more energy and has less shock.
-After finishing I go home, drink water and take another bath.

while i eat and drink fairly healthy, i dont do too many things for exercise deliberately, it usually just gets worked into my day like going to a flea market or cleaning up my house, the only time i set something up is when i ride my longboard and i dont do that alot.

I like to run with my dogs, do some weights and go to Taekwondo.

That is brilliant. I think that is awesome. I want to go back to doing weights as I do yoga but feel I am not strong enough to do a lot of the moves. I think a bit more weight training might help my stamina.
An older member SSJ4Aaron does yoga and weights and gym. He also teaches this in America and I admire his work ethic. He has developed a lot of self discipline. I need to be more disciplined in my training.
Anyone got any good ideas on how to develop self discipline to become a better athlete and train better?
