I went to get weighed today and I had lost 2 pounds. I have been doing a new regime for excercise and I have been eating quite healthy. In the evening I stick to Salad and a protein.
And I have what is called overnight oats recipe by Slimming World. This means I can go for a while at night without eating. My insulin for diabetes was too much so I had to eat if my sugar level dropped and it did all the time. Now I have less times I have to eat late.. Tomorrow I am gonna go out and have some chinese food but I will not overeat.., just choose healthy options.

    Erm there was not a lot of healthy options at the restaurant,lol. But I had a good time. Now my birthday is over but it was one of the busiest. It was fun.
