so far this new year has started off to a good start. still coughing but other than that i feel a lot better. there are a lot of things this year i am looking forward to and something i would like to work on. i am hoping to get better at taking better care of my health both physical and mental. i would like to start eating better because i do tend to eat a lot of junk food which i know is not good and i would like to loose a bit more weight nothing crazy just what to be at a health weight and not...

This 2 stone is very elusive but I refuse to give up

I am aiming for my 2 stone loss asap. It is best not to say in a few weeks as I get complacent. And it needs to be now.
I have been following the Dash diet and I have decided to have very small snacks between meals of veggie stix or salad or fruit. And small nut snacks like 6 cashews.
I need to add in walnut for extra minerals and protein.
I am having 1 boiled egg every other day and only lean meat or textured vegetable protein (quorn)
All my food is fresh and I prepare...
