This 2 stone is very elusive but I refuse to give up

I am aiming for my 2 stone loss asap. It is best not to say in a few weeks as I get complacent. And it needs to be now.
I have been following the Dash diet and I have decided to have very small snacks between meals of veggie stix or salad or fruit. And small nut snacks like 6 cashews.
I need to add in walnut for extra minerals and protein.
I am having 1 boiled egg every other day and only lean meat or textured vegetable protein (quorn)
All my food is fresh and I prepare in bulk.
I have reduced carbs aswell and I feel much less sluggish.
Fish has been increased and other sea food.
Alongside this I am doing at least 3 sessions of physio a week. I am very limited on excercises but am being creative and adapting a move if I cannot do it properly. That way I do something and I am resting between sets.
Sometimes I have so much pain I break up the physio to small bite size pieces to stop it getting to a higher level.
Aswell as weight loss I am aiming for lower blood pressure and making it less likely for me to have any cardiac problems. Also to lower cholesterol and blood sugars.
I want to try and get back to u100 insulin but this is a long term aim as I currently need so much insulin I have to take insulin which is 5 times more stronger.

I do not think I will ever lose it too fast lol. But I yoyo with my weight so I have to work doubly hard. I lose , then put on then hopefully lose more the next week and everytime I hope it is a bit more than I put on. I am still doing my physio and enjoy it. I always do deep relaxation afterwards to avoid injuries. And just get my energy back.
