A humid day but everything okay.

I felt a bit tired because the weather has been humid but it is better than the cold chilly wind we had for the last few days.
I am really pushing to lose weight and am doing my physio and adapted yoga moves. That means I am doing what I can do not what is in the book I am working from. You might laugh but this has meant I am burning more energy so it works towards losing weight.
I also am sticking to my diet but not beating myself up if I have a small relapse. My doctor said so long as you are not making the relapse everyday lol. I have been eating loads of salad and fruit and now my biggest challenge is drinking 6 glasses of water a day. Some days it is easy and other days I just do not feel thirsty and the water makes my tummy swell too much. Then I feel sick. People who drink loads of water say they built it up gradually. That sounds a great idea. I am managing 4 but the last 2 are harder to swallow. Some even say they drink 8 glasses of water. Then there is the question, do you drink fizzy or still? It is easier to drink fizzy as it is refreshing but maybe 6 is too much fizz. And do you count other drinks as food or water? Would be interesting to hear what other people do?
