Tiens Training Log

My school is having a six week brake for the summer, so I will be using it as an opportunity to do some training.

Throughout the six weeks, I will be traveling to a few different places to train.

I will also be doing alot of sit ups, press ups, and squats. I will try to work on my speed. I will improve my stamina and endurance aswell. I will be doing some weight training too.

I've taken a karate lesson today. At the start of the lesson we punched and kicked a bag then did press ups to warm up. Afterwards we practiced karate and then the karate instructor taught me some locks. At the end of the lesson I fought agansed my karate instructor, so he could see what level I was at at first and so I can see how much I improve later on. I'm going to be sure to practice the things I learned at home.

The six week summer brake is over now and I have improved alot since the start. I did most of my training at home.
I did some running, either to shops the near my house or in my back garden, and when I do it in my back garden I go back and forth a number of times until I do the equivelent of a certain distance.
I also did bodyweight exersises, like press ups sit ups and squats, and I can do much more press ups than at the begining of the summer, and I can do a bit more sit ups. I...

I trained realy hard today. In the morning I did some cardiovascular exersizes. I did high intensity cardio, where my heart rate was quite high, but the duration of the training was short. The exersizes I did where step ups, squat thrusts, alternating squat thrusts, jumping rope, and jump ups. I did the exersizes in that order, and repeated them two more times with short rests in-between.

Yesterday I foccused mainly on cardiovascular exersize and my lower body strength in order to let the muscles in my arms recover from digging and lifting logs the day before. I had a karrate lesson in the morning. After that I ran up and down the stairs for endurance training.

In the afternoon I did bodyweight exersizes, like press ups, sit ups, and sqauts. I did mainly lower body and abdominal exersizes so my uper body could recover from the training I did the day before.
