so far this new year has started off to a good start. still coughing but other than that i feel a lot better. there are a lot of things this year i am looking forward to and something i would like to work on. i am hoping to get better at taking better care of my health both physical and mental. i would like to start eating better because i do tend to eat a lot of junk food which i know is not good and i would like to loose a bit more weight nothing crazy just what to be at a health weight and not staying up so late is another thing i need to get better at and hopefully that will help with my mood. i have read that you sleep can effect your mood too. well hope everyone has a great day and great new year.
