Wow you mean business. Elemental you can do it. You inspire me every day with my excercise and I just love your determination. You already have sculpted your body into the shape you wanted and I know you can advance on that.

We Are All Olympic - personal records

Sometimes, we need a second change just to make something even more better. Especially when we feel we'll do something different.

My cousin also uses this same model as you. He is artistic skating and has participated in some competitions too.
I became interested due to the encouragement of some friends of mine.

Yes Iron Maiden, I really appreciate the classic and 'aggressive melody' of heavy metal. (At first, I thought that iron maiden was an affectionate name given to the guitar. But over time I discovered the true meaning) And now, softer melodies also lyrics worked as Arctic Monkeys. (Being honest, one of my friends taught me how to like of this band )

As the size of the shirt is small on me and it was tight on my shoulders, I decided to change. By the time, I customized only one of them. I made a new cut, folded sleeves and put some little spikes there.

Unknown facts that I read by there

NEWS: "British scientists have announced the first test using artificial blood. Scientists believe that the tests will be completed by early 2017. The Artificial Blood created from stem cells will be tested in humans." ( Link:- http://www.telegraph.co.uk/health/he...factories.html )

I have a friend with this kind of disease. Fortunately, today her clinical status is stable and controlled. She does periodic examinations and she is often accompanied by specialists. In addition that, she follows a specific diet too. I believe that the outcome of the research will be satisfactory and will help all of us.

Talking about Brazil and Brazilians (In no particular order )

(Part II) History:- The formation of Brazilian Culture

The diversity of Brazil is at the same time, the country of inequality. Why it is important to begin a reading about Brazilian culture, we may have a keener critical sense, trying to understand the historical process of social formation of Brazil and its consequences in the present beyond the official versions of history.

The Brazilian culture in its essence would consist of cultural diversity, the result of this approach that developed since the time of colonization, which was not necessarily a friendly process between colonizers and colonized, between whites and indigenous, between whites and blacks.

It is true that the Portuguese, Indigenous people and Africans were in constant contact, it is also true that this approach was marked by exploitation and violence imposed to Blacks and Indigenous people, and by European settlers who in their own way tried to impose their values, their religion and their interests. That process contributed to the diversity of Brazilian culture with respect to the customs, practices, values, and other aspects that could compose what some authors call by national identity.

African cuisine mingled with the Indigenous and European, the values of European Catholicism merged religions with African symbols, constituting the so-called religious syncretism. Part of vocabularies from Indigenous and African were added to the official language of the Portuguese crown, expanding the possible ways to call things day to day. The taste for dancing, as well as a strong eroticism joined the modesty of a European conservatism.

Even today, some may believe that our ethnic mix has promoted a racial democracy over the centuries, with greater freedom, respect and harmony between people of backgrounds, ethnicities and colors. However, this view can hide some traps. In the Brazilian social sciences there are few authors who have pointed out the issue of falsity racial democracy, pointing to the existence of a veiled racism, implicit, often in social relations.
