okay, just like my counselor said. Just write just type, thoughts feelings. Grammar and spelling are non objective, let it flow.

Deep breath, let it out. Calm. Clear away the thoughts, everything that's scaring you. Don't panic, don't stop breatheing. breathe 1 2 3. 1 2 3, 1 2 3.. Calm. I'm going to be okay. list the things that calm me down.. The sound of Lake Euphala's waves lapping at the shore, Isabelle's voice over the phone, thoughts of curling up next to Adel someday, Snuggles, Precious licking my elbow or knee when she wants attention, my neices when they hug me, Chivon's voice and hugs, holding lizards or snakes, playing around with night crawlers and worms, drawing, writing, listening to moonlight sonata or fur elise, talking to my friends, cooking and baking, hearing my best friend laugh, petting my kitty Binx, watching cheesy movies, bubble baths, hot showers, curling up with my German teddy bear, taking a nap with my stuffed Kilala, letting the dogs climb in bed with me, cuddling up to friends and watching movies with them..

Okay.. I'm calmer now
