    5 miles under 50 minutes is military time and almost Olympic level. Do you always run the same route or do you find different places in your area to do your laps at?

    About how long do you spend on each exercise? You stated that you try to do as many in as little time as possible, but is that based around certain amount of time or a certain amount of reps? What do you use to determine whether you move on yet?

    I've always found your training logs interesting, but I'm not quite at your level yet.

    The rock and log lifting involves doing weight lifting exercises with logs and rocks. I went into my back garden and did rows with a rock and overhead presses and bicep curls with a log.

    dang thats an amazing workout
    ive been losing a lot of weight but i dont take a day out to exercise, but i should try some of your routine.
    normally i will do 200 situps (4 sets) 100 pushups (2 sets) and 100 squats (2 sets) daily.
    when im at work i have to sweep 5 stairwells; all of them having 8 flights of stairs so i jog to the top of each one of them before i started sweeping and considered that my cardio for the day
    every now and then i will lift a 40lb. box over my head 100 times throughout the day at work when i have to get something out of a closet.
    thats about all the work i do other than swimming and riding my bike around town but its nothing compared to the stuff your doing

    You are a dedicated athlete. Absolutely awesome work. This is so planned out in meticulous detail too. You clearly have a lot of self discipline.
    It was very interesting to read and see how you paced the different things throughout the day.
    I love Dragonball Z and this is like supersaiyan level.

    You are so dedicated I can see that you really care about doing your training well and keep meticulous records. I read that Bruce Lee kept a lot of records of his training and it seems to make a huge difference . You can monitor your results and adjust your training where it is needed to get the best outcome.I think I slip up because I am not methodical and do not keep proper records. You have inspired me to try harder when I do anything and try to record what happens daily. Then I might get better results with weight loss.
    Having good self discipline like you do is really important if you want good results.
    How long have you been training for? Do you train every day always?

    Hi Tien, great to see you blogging again. That sounds like a very interesting set of excercises. And a tough regime. But I am very impressed by your skills and your endurance levels. 400 reps in 40-50 minutes is awesome. I would be interested to hear more about your training.

    I like the method of continuing the same training until it no longer bothers you, then increasing the difficulty, instead of increasing the amount you do every time.

    Is this helping you maintain where you're at physically or improve your current condition? I'm only asking because you've been at this for a while.

    That sounds very impressive Tien. And a lot of self discipline has obviously gone into your training programme.
    Do you keep a record each day of what you do ?
    I remember the great Bruce Lee kept meticulous accounts of all his excercises and training each day as he did them.I cant remember which book its in but it was one of his books about training. His also developed his own style of training which you seem to be doing. excellent work.
